Terms of Use
Last updated: September 26, 2026
These terms cover your use of PandEvent at pandevent.com. By using PandEvent, as a host or a guest, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Who we are
PandEvent is operated by Ogle IT Services, Nashville, Tennessee, USA ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
A private beta
PandEvent is in a private beta. Hosts use it by invitation. Features may change, pause or be removed, and things may occasionally break. We will do our best to keep your events running and to give notice before changes that affect you, but the beta is provided as it is (see "No warranties").
Accounts
- Host accounts are created by invitation. Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.
- An account belongs to the organization named on it. Its admins decide who else can help run it.
Hosts and their guests
If you host events on PandEvent, you agree that:
- You have the right to add the people you invite, and to contact them about your event.
- You will ask guests only for information your event needs, and handle their replies and answers with care.
- You are responsible for your event itself: its accuracy, safety, and any tickets, fees or promises you make to guests. PandEvent is a tool for organizing; it is not a party to your event.
- You will follow the laws that apply to you, including privacy and anti-spam laws, and our Privacy Policy.
Guests
Guests use PandEvent to see an event, reply, and book times. Private event links are personal: please don't share yours. Questions about an event itself go to its host, whose contact is on the event page.
Acceptable use
Don't use PandEvent to:
- Send spam, or message people who haven't asked to hear about your event.
- Share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Collect personal information for purposes unrelated to your event, or sell it.
- Impersonate anyone, or mislead guests about who is hosting.
- Break, probe or overload the service, get around its limits or security, or access accounts and data that aren't yours.
We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into PandEvent: event details, pictures, messages and guest lists. You give us permission to store, display and send it only as needed to run PandEvent for you. Make sure you have the rights to pictures you upload. Free photos chosen through Browse free photos come from Pexels and remain under the Pexels license, with the photographer credited.
PandEvent itself, its design, drawings and software, belongs to us.
Fees
PandEvent is free during the beta. If we introduce fees, we will tell you at least 30 days before they apply, and you can choose not to continue.
No warranties
PandEvent is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, or that every email will be delivered. Keep your own record of anything critical to your event.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or a missed event, arising from your use of PandEvent. Our total liability for any claim about PandEvent is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Indemnity
If you are a host, you agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim is brought against us because of your event, your content, or your breach of these terms.
Ending
You can stop using PandEvent at any time; to close a host account, write to [email protected]. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, or end the beta with at least 30 days' notice so you can save what you need. The sections on your content, no warranties, liability, indemnity and governing law continue after that.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Davidson County, Tennessee, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these terms as PandEvent changes. For a significant change, we will tell hosts by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use PandEvent after that means you accept the updated terms.
